Day 260: Good bye Nokia mobile?

Well - some might think that this was some how intentional but no - I found my work mobile phone like this: one key missing. Or not missing but loose. And do you know what this means: I had to order new mobile phone and this time it will be iPhone 4S (the model available for us). And that mean that my iFamily will grow.

Day 259: Where is the cat?

Cat is on the table - as you can see. I visited my cousin and as usual in her place cats are where ever they want to be. So there were we - me and cousin drinking tea and eating biscuits, and cat was just sitting there.

Day 191: Where is the car?

Well, some people might say that there is now more than enough snow. I pretty sure that the guy shoveling snow in order to get his car to road again might be one of those. I even more sure that who ever is trying to dig his/her car out of the snow bank just behind the one being digged, will be swearing some heavy words. There really is car just behind - first there is a car and then there is a snow bank. How about that?

Day 146: NO!!!!!

I have quite old laptop in my Helsinki home. And yes - it has been little bit unstable lately but this is something I don't like to see on the screen. Not at all!

I can't afford new laptop now. But if this keep happening I don't have options: I have to buy new laptop. I can live without TV but without computer - NO!

Day 84: Have you seen eyeglasses?

I feel sorry for that poor gay who lost his eyeglasses. Hopefully he is not feeling himself (half) blind. I know where his glasses are.

Day 65: Not the best performance!

We visited my husband's father in Salo. Since it was Thursday, we also visited Salon Iltatori (only in Finnish, sorry). It is market happening held in every Thursday evening during summer time. There are lot of sellers - both "professionals" and ordinary people selling what ever stuff. And of course lot of people wandering around either buying or only looking around. We are like those last ones.

Since this is very popular event and Salo is not so big town there are - of course - not so many parking lots available and that is why it is almost like a competition of finding empty space. Some people are in more hurry than others. And I think owner of this car was in huge hurry and obviously (s)he is not the best in parking car.

Like one friend of mine commented this picture in Facebook "pretty close - there is one wheel in the parking space". :)

Day 56: How to photo a dog which is all the time moving around?

I really would like to know how to photo a dog which is all the time moving around. I tried - several times - and this is the best photo in that sense that there is almost whole dog in photo.

This is my cousin's dog. Not the same cousin who has hedgehog and penguin in her back yard. This one is her big brother and my oldest cousin. BTW, I have 8 cousins alive still.

Day 40: How lazy I have been?

Embroidery - that is also one of my hobby. I love to do different kind of embroideries but there is one phase which is not my favorite. Since I am little bit lazy it often happens that I finished embroidery but hemming - which is time consuming phase - I don't do immediately. I often think that I do that later - maybe tomorrow. Today I finalized, that is, I hemmed one embroidery which has been waiting in my closet over ten years. Oops! But now it is on the wall looking quite good.

Day 21: Why don't I learn?

How many times this has to happen before I learn my lesson? Last time this happened in the end of last year. And if I remembered correctly also then I was away from my rental flat more than just weekend. Now it happened again. I left on Wednesday morning and came back on Tuesday afternoon and yeah - once again door of my refrigerator was not closed. It looked like closed but when getting near the truth was obvious: I had not closed it all the way. And as you can guess - there was lot of ice in the back wall.

Why don't I learn?

Day 2: How I got my face washed?

I love these evenings when I come back home after spending time in Helsinki in my "love nest". Today I was especial happy since tomorrow me and two old colleagues of mine are going to sit in our back yard, grill, drink beer or cider and have a lot of fun. As first thing I started to wash our teracce since there was huge amount of pollen. My dear husband helped me: he was spraying water and I was swapping.  And then suddenly - I got my face washed. Oops!
