Day 245: What a whether!

I left office early - I was not feeling well - symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux. It just had started to snow and it was also quite windy. Lucky me that it takes only about 10 minutes to walk from office to home. To walk out there any more than absolutely must - really.

Day 243: Fill the gap!

I love Kakuro. It is more interesting than Sudoku. You have to calculate - for me that means that I have to use my brains. (And I am not saying that you could do Sudoku without brains.) My father having Alzheimer is reason and motivation for me to challange my brains daily basis.

Day 174: Healthy life - here I come!

Early warning has made me really thinking to do something. I have the feeling that I am not actually making decision - I am just facing reality. Healthy life - here I come. These grapes are one evidence for that. I don't want to have heart attach this young!

Day 168: Heart attack?

This is not funny. I had serious chest pain today and doctors where doubtful whether it is heart attach or something else. Didn't I just yesterday decided to start new healthier life and now this? I was very afraid. But luckily it turned out to be something else - what else that I don't know yet. But yes - early warning received. I really need to do something for my height issue.

Day 158: My best friend during this weekend!

Yes - indeed. I have had headache starting from Thursday afternoon. I visited doctor Friday but he couldn't help me. He didn't manage to find anything "wrong with me" and said: if headache continues, take painkillers. And I have done that - this little vial has been my best friend during this weekend.

Day 96: Flu got me!

I should have stayed in bed during weekend! Flu got me. It was not nice to woke up in Monday morning and realize that I really am sick. So I stayed in bed and have two things in bedside: tissues and cough medicine. Not so nice Monday!

Day 94: Age!

It is not easy to get old. The most difficult part is to see your own parents to get older and sicker. My father has been hospitalized for several weeks and since I am living part of the week in Helsinki, it is not possible for me to visit him during weeks. And even I was having flu we, that is me, my husband, my daughter and her boyfriend, drove to Loimaa and spent some time with my father.
